Notice Regarding the Establishment of an Advisory Committee Composed of External Experts

We hereby announce that, effective today, we have decided to establish an advisory committee composed of external experts, as detailed below.

1. Purpose of Establishing the Committee
　As stated in our “Notice and Apology Concerning Misconduct by an Employee of the ID Group” dated September 15, 2026, we are continuing our investigation and analysis of this misconduct and the formulation of measures to prevent recurrence.
　We have established an “Advisory Committee” composed of external experts with the aim of further enhancing the objectivity and transparency of our root cause analysis and measures to prevent recurrence. Taking into account the Committee’s opinions based on its professional expertise, we will endeavor to make appropriate disclosures to the customer, shareholders, investors, business partners, and all other stakeholders, while working to ensure the effectiveness of our reforms.

2. Matters on Which the Committee Will Provide Its Opinions
　The matters on which the Committee will provide its opinions are as follows:
(1) The reasonableness of the calculation of the amount of damages resulting from this misconduct and the calculated amount
(2) Whether there was any organizational involvement in this misconduct
(3) The appropriateness and adequacy of the root cause analysis and measures to prevent recurrence
(4) The appropriateness of management accountability

3. Composition of the Committee

　(Former Director-General of the Criminal Affairs Bureau, National Police Agency; Former Deputy Superintendent General, Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department)
　Member:   Hiromitsu Ito
　(Attorney; Former Chief, Hokkaido Prefectural Police Headquarters)
　Member:   Isao Ohno
　(Certified Public Accountant; Former Representative Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan LLC)

4. Next Steps
　Taking into account the Committee’s opinions based on its professional expertise, we will continue our efforts to thoroughly ascertain the facts and clarify responsibilities, while formulating measures to prevent recurrence and ensuring their effective implementation. We will also continue to undertake reforms aimed at restoring trust and ensuring that all executives and employees act in accordance with high ethical standards.
