ID Europe is expanding its IT business services in Europe and has started offering cybersecurity-related services.
Background
In recent years, security threats from cyberattacks have been rapidly increasing, and many challenges such as the shortage of cybersecurity personnel and lack of expertise have been raised by Japanese companies based in Europe. Since our establishment, ID Europe has supported the business development of Japanese companies in Europe.
By strengthening our collaboration with Broadband Security, Inc. (hereinafter "BBSec"), which began capital and business partnership with us in November 2024, and with our existing partner Newton Information Technology Ltd. (headquartered in London, UK, representative: Kenshiro Morimoto, hereinafter "Newton IT"), we aim to further contribute to solving our customers' challenges.
We will provide robust local support in specialized security services and technical communication, the expertise of BBSec and ID Europe respectively. Additionally, with the IT infrastructure to ERP system integration capabilities of Newton IT, we will be able to offer advanced cybersecurity services.
We aim to build solid business operations to protect our customers' businesses by strengthening sales capabilities, facilitating engineer exchanges in the cybersecurity business and establishing a collaborative sales structure.
Providing Advanced Cybersecurity Services
We will begin offering the following services to Japanese companies in Europe:
・G-MDR™ (Global-Managed Detection and Response Services): An outsourcing-type security measure service utilizing XDR(※1) technology.
・Vulnerability Assessment: Verifying vulnerabilities lurking in customers' systems and presenting improvement proposals.
・Web Tampering Detection: Protecting customers' businesses, such as e-commerce and corporate websites, from cyber attacks, and supporting safe and reliable web operations.
・TISAX(※2) Certification Support Consulting: Providing consulting services to comply with security standards in the European automotive industry.
(※1) XDR (Extended Detection and Response): A technology that analyzes and visualizes endpoints, servers, networks, etc. in an integrated manner, performing threat analysis and response.
(※2) TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange): An international automotive industry information security standard established by the ENX Association (Die ENX Association; a non-profit organization founded in 2000, composed of European automobile manufacturers, suppliers, and four national automobile associations).
In the future, ID Europe will continue to provide more refined services in accordance with the legal regulations and business environment of each European country, contributing to our customers' DX promotion and the creation of a Waku-Waku (exciting in Japanese) future.
